Fjordesign AS has started to work on a new 32m catamaran in Lindstøl shipyard Risør. Shipowner is Fylkesbåtane i Sogn og Fjordane. Delivery time 19th april 2002.
Summer 2002, Fjordesign AS has made and installed interior in a new ambulance boat built by Br.Aa shipyard Hyen. This is the first moulded build carbon fibre ship built in Norway, name of ship Rygerdoktoren, delivered july 2002.
Fjordesign AS delivers complete interior and interior design.
November 2002, Fjordesign has started to work on a new 52m catamaran in Fjellstrand AS Shipyard (yardbuilding no 1670). The vessel is to be delivered to German shipowner FRS, Førde Reederei Seetoristik. Capasity is 587 pax. Delivery time april 2003.
Fjordesign AS are working with design and installation of interior in a 20m Carbonfibre/sandwich catamaran for shipowner A.Rødne in Stavanger. The ship is build by Brødrene Aa As in Hyen. Deliverytime may 2004.
Fjordesign AS rebuilded MS Fjortroll april 2004, top deck is lenghthed with 6 meters, and gives space for 18 more passengers.
Fjordesign AS together with Recore Technologies, has developed a new ventilation duct, leightweighted, isolated and fast to install. The duct is made of 4mm Recore FR with a lajer of 0,5 mm aluminium on the inside. Skipyard Fjellstrand as, has been using this new ventilationducts in 3 newbuilding ships, with a great succes.
Spring 2004, Fjordesign AS, build a new kiosk on MS Solundir.
Brødrene Aa AS shipyard has succes with their carbon fiberglas ships
They delivered 3 ships in 2004, Fjordesign AS has been involved with the interiorwork/design on each of them.
Fjordesign AS is working with Brødrene on a new catamaran for shipowner TFDS, deliverytime april 2005.
Summer 2006, Fjordesign AS deliver MS Fjord Ålesund, 100 pax passenger catamaran for shipowner 62 Nord, Ålesund. February 2007, rebuild MS Lyseexpress Shipowner Stavangerske, June 2007, Fjordesign in co-operation with Oma Båtbyggeri AS, deliver passenger/car catamaran HMC Jernøy, shipowner Veolia. October 2007, Fjordesign/Måløy Verft deliver passanger catamaran MS Flotta Lass for Orkeney Island.
In same periode, 2005-2007 Fjordesign co-operate with Br.Aa A/S and has deliver 7 vessel, different shipowners.
